6 cups Sugar 2 1/4 tsp Salt 2 tsp Nutmeg 2 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Allspice 1/2 tsp Ginger 8 Eggs 2 cup Oil 1 can pumpkin 1/3 cup water 4 tsp Baking Soda 6 cups Flour 2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl beat sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, ginger, eggs and oil together. Mix in remaining ingredients. Grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups; fill 2/3 full. Bake in a 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till golden. Remove form pans; serve warm or cool with butter or whip cream.
