1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Wheat Bran
1/4 Cup sugar
1/8 Tsp Cardamom
1/2 Tsp Soda
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
Mix these nest ingredients together then add to dry
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat sour Dough Starter
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Egg Substitute
1/4 Cup Warm Water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together until barely blended and spoon into muffin tin. Bake in 375º oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Test with toothpick after 25 minutes.
