2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
3/4 c. crushed Corn Flakes
3/4 stick of butter
1/2 c. peacans
1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Bake and mash sweet potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in oblong baking dish. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes or until done.

Topping:
Melt butter and combine with Corn Flakes, pecans, and brown sugar. Spread evenly over potatoes and return to 400º degree oven for 5 minutes.
