flour tortilla
cheddar cheese
cooked rice
meat (beef, pork, chicken)
creamy cilantro dressing

Dressing ingredients:
1 package buttermilk ranch dressing mix
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tomatillos
1/2 bunch Cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeņo (cut in half, use a spoon to remove seeds-try not to touch the interior of the pepper as it will most likely burn your skin)

Warm flour tortilla,
melt cheese on it, add rice, beans, meat, lettuce, cilantro, salsa, and
then the dressing goes on it

Put all ingredients into blender and buzz until blended. Allow 1 hour to set up.

A tomatillo is a small green tomato wrapped in a thin brown skin. Can be found in large grocery stores.
