2 chicken fryers

2 c. orange juice
1 c. barbeque sauce
4 T. brown sugar
dash of Tabasco sauce

2 unpeeled oranges, sliced

cooked rice

1. Dredge fryers in flour & brown.

2. Sauce: Mix orange juice, barbeque sauce, brown sugar, and Tabasco.

3. Cover the browned chicken with 1/3 of sauce and simmer 30 minutes, or bake. Continue to baste with the sauce as it cooks.

4. Add 2 unpeeled oranges, sliced. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.

5. Serve with rice.
