2 1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c water
6 T light corn syrup
4 T butter
pinch salt
Put above in sauce pot on medium heat, bring to a boil

1 lb. unsweetened Macaroon Coconut
4 T. cake flour
Rub dry ingredients together into mixing bowl, then add hot liquid while mixing on 1st speed.

Egg whites from 3 large size eggs only
Add egg whites slowly; mix until smooth

Arrange by tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheets, about 1" apart. Bake at 360 until light golden brown (approximately 10 minutes).
