1 c butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
2 cup finely chopped celery
4 quarts bread broken in pieces
1 T salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 T poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large skillet; add onion and celery and cook until transparent but not brown (about 10 minutes). Add bread cubes and seasonings. Mix. For more moist stuffing add 1/3 to 1 cup chicken stock or water. Taste to correct seasonings.

Make stuffing the day before, keep in fridge covered or in Ziplock bags. Turkey: Defrost day before. Take out giblets. Cover with Butter. Put in fridge. In the morning stuff the turkey. Cook turkey 12-15 minutes per pound at 325. Baste every 30 minutes
