12 medium potatoes
1 t salt
4 T butter
1/2 c half-and-half

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes. Cover with cold water. Sprinkle with salt. Bring to a rapid boil; cook over medium heat until tender. Drain water and add butter and half-and-half; beat with electric beater or handheld potato masher until light and fluffy. Please in serving bowl and serve hot.
