1 c. boiling water
3 c. sugar

3 c. lemon juice
2 T. lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Cool.

Add lemon juice & peel, then cover & refrigerate.

To Serve:
One serving =1/4 - 1/3 c. syrup in 3/4 c. cold water.
