Ingredients:  
1 can condensed milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1/2 cup lime juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1 egg white stiff. Fold into condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice.

Top: Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add sugar and cream of tartar.

Put into baked pie shell and bake at 350 until egg whites are golden brown.
