2 T. Gelatin (2 envelopes) 1/2 cup cold water
2 egg yolks 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk 1 cup sugar
1 lb. cottage cheese 1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites (beaten) 1/2 pint whipping cream (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water five minutes. Cook egg yolk, salt, milk, and sugar until coats wooden spoon. Cream cottage cheese, add vanilla.
Add custard mixture, fold in beaten egg whites---very stiff. Fold in whipped cream--pineapple may be added. Pour in a graham cracker crust, 9X13 pan. Let set overnight.
