6 Fresh Tuna Steaks
Olive Oil to coat
Seasoning as desired
1 pk angle hair pasta cooked as directed
2 lbs. Crawfish
2 large onions chopped
4 toes of garlic chopped
1 pint of heavy cream
hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce
green onions
2 cups of blended Italian cheese

Grill Tuna

Season steaks with salt, pepper and season-all to taste
Coat steaks with olive oil and refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
Grill steaks for 4 mins. on each side.

Prepare pasta.

In saute pan, heat the olive oil. When hot, add the onions and season them with season all. Saute for 1 minute or until clear. Add the garlic and the crawfish tails, season with more season all, salt and pepper to taste. Saute for about 2 mins. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, or until the cream begins to thicken. Season the sauce with hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the green onions and cheese until blended. Serve immediately.

To serve:

Arrange pasta on plate, cover with a small amount of sauce, place tuna steak on pasta and cover with sauce and crawfish tail. Then dig in and enjoy!!!
