1 1/2 pounds tiny new potatoes (about 10) or 5 med red potatoes
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning crushed
Dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes
Cut into 1-2 inch pieces
Place in a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish
Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine
Cover and cook 12-16 or till tender stirring twice during cooking
Stir before serving
Serve with Sour cream
