1 1/4 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
3 c. Cake Flour sifted
1/2 c. Cocoa
1/4 tsp Salt
8oz Hershey Bar
Chopped Walnuts or other toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Gradually add sugar. Beat in egg. In a separate bowl, sift flour twice. Add cocoa and salt to flour mixture. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Chill several hours. Separate dough into 4 pieces. Roll each into 1 1/4 inch thick logs. If desired, roll in 1 c. chopped walnuts. Wrap each roll in waxed paper. Chill overnight. Cut into 1/8 inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes. Watch closely. Cool. Melt Hershey bar slowly. Spread over cookies. Sprinkle cookies with walnuts, powered sugar or other topping.
