Ingredients:  
6-8 apples
cinnamon/sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice 6-8 apples in baking dish.
Sprinkle w/ cinnamon and sugar.
Mix the following together till it crumbles:
sifted flour
sugar
baking powder
salt
egg
Sprinkle over apples.
Pour melted butter over crumbs.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Serve plain or top with ice cream/whip cream if desired.
