2 lbs Tart Apples
c Raisins
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Warm Water
t Nutmeg
t Cinnamon

Cut apples - places apples in 2 qt baking dish
Sprinkle with a few raisins in between
Dissolve sugar in small amount of warm water
Add remaining water & spices
Pour liquid over apple slices
Cover & bake 350 for 40 min
