2/3 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 cups sifted flour (2 1/2)
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Take small amount of dough (like walnut) and roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 (325) degrees for about 10 minutes.
