1 (3 oz.) cherry jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. orange juice (diluted)
1 Tbl.. orange peel, grated
5 Jonathan apples
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and grate apples. Dissolve jello in boiling water and add orange juice, sugar, rind and salt. Pour mixture into pan, add the apples on top and chill. Top with cool whip and serve.
