4-5 large cans Tropical Fruit
16 ox vanilla lowfat yogurt or plain nonfat yogurt
8 oz thawed cool whip (light or fat free alright to use)
1 large instant sugarfree fat free vanilla pudding

Directions:

Drain Tropical fruit really, really, really well. Mix pudding, yogurt and Cool Whip all together and combine with fruit.
