Bars Icing:

2 c sugar 3 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs 2 c powdered sugar
2 c pumpkin 1 tsp vanilla
1 c oil 1/2 c butter, softened
2 c flour 1 tsp milk
1 tsp bkg soda
1 tsp bkg powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
*Mix dry ingredients
*Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin, oil
*Add dry ingredients, vanilla and nuts
*Put in greased and floured 11x16 jelly roll pan
*350 for 40-45 minutes

Icing: mix well; frost cooled pumpkin bars
