4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 TBSP baking powder
1 1/3 cups butter ( softened)
3/4 cups shortening
1/2 cup milk
5 eggs
1 1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup diced orange sections
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add butter, shortening, eggs, milk and orange juice. Mix thoroughly.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans until 2/3 full.
Top each muffin with and orange section.

Bake at 375 oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with orange butter...yummmm!
