1 c yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp bkg soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c canned cream style corn
3 eggs
1/4 c bacon drippings or oil
1 c sour cream
1 cans diced green chilies
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix everything but cheese; spread 1/2 of mixture in buttered 10" round bkg pan or skillet. Sprinkle cheese then rest of batter. Bake for 45" at 350 until browned
