2-1/4 C. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. softened butter
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 - 3 tsps. grated orange rind
2 C. Nestle Toll House Premier White Chocolate Morsels
Chopped Macadamia nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and orange peel. Grandually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Add chopped macadamia nuts if desired. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 mins. or until edges are light golden brown.

If you want them to taste really buttery, be sure to use real butter, not margarine. These are really scrumptious!
