1 can corn
1/4 cup shopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash of pepper
3/4 cup milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1/3 cup cracker crumbs
1 T butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion & green pepper in 2 T butter until tender. Remove from heat, stir in flour & seasonings, cook over low heat stirring until mixture is bubbly, remove from heat gradually stir in milk, heat to boiling sirring constantly for about a minute. Stir in corn & eggs, pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole dish.

Combine cracker crumbs & the 1 T melted butter: springle over corn mixture.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes uncovered.
