One cup sugar
2 cups mashed pineapple, undrained
1 package cherry gelatin
1cup creamed cheese
1/2 whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & pineapple, bring to a boil, remove from heat & add gelatin & stir until dissolved. Chill until mixture begins to thicken or I just wait till it cools a little then I fold in softened cream cheese & whipped cream. Chill until set. You can garnish it with nuts if you would like to.
