2 sm pkg vanilla or french vanilla pudding
4 oz. cool whip thawed
3 c. milk
1# gram crackers

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 T butter
1 1/2 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. milk
OR 1 can chocolate frosting (micro 45 seconds)

Mix pudding and milk, add cool whip. Spread 1/2 the cracker on the bottom of the pan, top with pudding ,then repeat with crackers and other 1/2 of pudding mix, top with cracker layer. You can use either one of these toppings. I like the frosting
Melt chocolate, stir in butter and milk. Reheat. Blend in powder sugar & vanilla. Top off the crackers with this. OR melt can of frosting in micro 30-45 seconds, top crackers. Chill & serve
