1 lb ground beef
1 cup medium chopped sweet onion
1 28-32 oz can crushed or stewed tomatoes
1 cup uncooked macaroni
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet or dutch oven.
Saute onion after ground beef is browned
Cook macaroni in 2 cups slightly salted water, drain
Add macaroni to meat-onion mixture
Add tomato and simmer until liquid is evaporated.
This ends the original recipe and the way I like it the best. You could add chili powder and make a chili mac or Italian spices etc.
