2 tsp. bkg soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp bkg powder
2 c sugar

Directions:

Put together in sifter and sift; add: 1 c nuts, 3 tsp vanilla, 1 c vegetable oil, 3 eggs beat slightly, 2 c grated zucchini

Stir by hand; bake 25" at 305 degrees
