4 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup shortening
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Spread into 9x13" pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 min.
