2 lb hamburger
1 small onion
2 packages taco seasoning
2 6-7 oz. packages of cornbread/muffin mix (ingredients called for on package)
shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.(what ever you usually use to top a taco)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown hamburger with diced onion and drain thoroughly. While meat is cooking, prepare cornbread batter as directed on package and set aside. Add taco seasoning to hamburger as directed on package. Put meat mixture in 9x13 pan and carefully top with cornbread batter. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes until thin bladed knife comes out clean at center. Cut into squares, invert each onto plate and top with desired taco toppings.
