1/2 c shortening
3 bananas
2 beaten eggs
1 1/4 flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In mixing bowl, combine ingredients and mix well
Pour batter in a bread pan
Bake for about 55 minutes or until golden brown.
