4 (6oz.) wild salmon fillets, skin on,
1/2 c. warm water,
2 tbsp. honey,
1/3 c. soy sauce or tamari,
2 cloves garlic minced,
3 tbsp. fresh ginger grated,
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes,
1 bunch green onions,
2 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil,
sea salt and cracked black pepper

Directions:

Heat Grill to medium high.

Mix water, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes in a recloseable plastic bag. Add salmon. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

Meanwhile,wash green onions; slice off about an inch from each end, brush with oil and grill until slightly charred. Set green onions aside.

Next, brush grate with oil, place salmon skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side (depending on thickness of fillets). Serve topped with grilled onions.

DON'T OVERCOOK or it will be dry. If salmon separates easily when poked with a fork, then it is done.
