5-6 cube steaks
2 Tbs. oil
1-2 Tbs. paprika
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream

** 1 1/2 lbs. hamburg patties can be used.
Remove before adding sour cream.

1. Brown steaks in oil; drain fat; add paprika,
parsley, salt, garlic salt, onion, tomato sauce
and water. Reduce heat; simmer, covered,
15 - 20 min.
2. Blend in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
