2 pkgs. ladyfingers
2 (3 oz.) boxes pistachio instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 large (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
mimi-chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line bottom of 9" x 13" pan with half the
ladyfingers.
2. Mix pudding and milk; spread half on
ladyfingers.
3. Spread half of Cool Whip on pudding.
4. Repeat layers.
5. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Refrigerate.
