1/2 lb. penne pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil
13 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c. vodka
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. tomato sauce
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add vodka and flame until the flames die. Add cream and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until reduced by 1/2. While reducing, add fresh basil. After reduced, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. (You may want to add more tomato sauce to taste. The color should be pink.)

Cook pasta according to the package directions. Drain and add sauce.

Grate fresh parmesan cheese on top.
