10 oz. fresh spinach
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. water chestnuts
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 eggs, hard cooked,chopped

DRESSING:
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
small onion, diced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbs. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all salad ingredients.
2. Place dressing ingredients in a jar; shake; pour
over salad.
