16 slices white bread
8 slices sharp cheese
8 slices boiled ham
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. sautéed mushrooms or 1 small can
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put 8 slices buttered bread in a 9" x 13"
well-greased baking dish, buttered side down.
2. Top each slice with cheese and ham.
3. Put 8 other slices of bread on top, buttered side
up.
4. Mix eggs, milk and mustard; pour over all.
Refrigerate overnight.
5. Place mushrooms on top. Combine cornflakes
and butter; sprinkle over top.
6. Bake 45 min. at 350º.

Deb Sayles, a friend from Corning who then moved to
Pittsburgh and is now in Buffalo, made this for us when we
went to see Kevin play a game at Duquesne. It is really easy
to make and you can always have the mushrooms "on the
side" to keep those people happy who don't like "fungi"!
That's the best part of this recipe though!
