8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
dash garlic salt, pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
7 shakes Tabasco
1 small chopped onion (2 tsp. dry minced)
Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients and place in glass pie pan.
2. Layer with:
chopped tomato and lettuce
grated cheddar cheese
3. Dip with nachos or tortilla chips

Another Mary Beth Lemker recipe! We started having "lost souls" (those of us without families in the immediate area) over to our house for Christmas Eve dinner in Corning, NY. Our group started out with 2 families (10 people total) and ended up 4 years later with 5 families (35 total!). Mary Beth brought this as a "hit" especially for the teenage boys who swore they could live on Taco Bell forever!
