2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 Tbs. milk
4 oz. dried beef
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbs. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except beef and nuts.
2. Shred beef and add into mixture.
3. Saute nuts in butter.
4. Mix 1/4 c. nuts into mixture; top with
remaining 3/4 c. nuts.
5. Bake at 350º for 20 min.
6. Serve with corn diggers or Bugles

This came from a Christmas tour (1983) of doctors' homes in Wilmington, NC. All the homes had tables full of foods and drinks to sample and the recipes to go along with everything.
