1 (8 oz.) container low fat ricotta cheese
8 oz. grated mozzerella cheese
4 oz. cheddar cheese
one egg
1 box stuffing pasta shells
pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses and egg until well blended. Cook shells. Stuff shells with cheese. Cover bottom of baking dish with small amount of sauce. Add stuffed shells. Cover with additional sauce. Bake 350* for 20 30 minutes, until bubbling.
