3 cups chopped celery, 2 small onions (chopped), 42 oz. (1 big can and 1 small can) peeled, stewed tomatoes - cut into smaller pieces, 1 round steak, 2 T vegetable oil to brown round steak

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in oil in frying pan. Break steak into 4 or 5 smaller size pieces of beef. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 3 hours. Before serving, add 3 T of cornstarch to mixture to thicken. Serve over cooked rice.

Can also be made in Crock Pot - low for 8 hours.
