1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 small box Creamette macaroni
1 large can tomato juice
1 T. butter
seasoning salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and brown in butter. Add ground beef and continue to brown until beef is done. While browning onions and beef, cook macaroni as directed; drain. Return macaroni to pot, add meat and macaroni mixture; add tomato juice until mixture is covered. Simmer until hot, adding more tomato juice as needed. Serve with shredded cheese on top.
