4 pieces of Mahi Mahi
1 bag of shelled pistachios
spray olive oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp.garlic powder
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Marinate fish with garlic powder, salt and sesame oil. Beat two eggs in a separate bowl. Grind the pistachio nuts ( I use a coffe grinder, fast and easy to clean) Dip fish into eggs, then into the pistachio breading.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350
Broil for 5 minutes to toast.
Serve with salad, rice or vegetables.
