1 20-oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. sweetened shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold.

This is a very tasty fruit salad! I got this recipe from Rachelle, Aunt Melanie’s daughter. The original recipe calls for sour cream, but it tastes just as good with the plain yogurt.
