"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Boil chicken. Then remove and add frozen vegetables to water. Cook according to directions on package. (Usually about 10 minutes.) In the meantime, cut chicken into cubes. Slightly melt cream cheese in microwave and add to vegetables. Add chicken to vegetable mixture. Add potato flakes to thicken. Pour mixture in a 9x13 pan.

For biscuits, combine dry ingredients. Then use a pastry blender, fork, or hands to crumble in butter. Stir in milk, just until dry ingredients are moistened. Roll out and use a circular biscuit cutter, or glass.
Put biscuits over veggie chicken mixture. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes. Or bake according to directions for refrigerated biscuits.

I prefer to use the biscuit recipe I included because its healthier, and I think it tastes better. This is Mom Tews biscuit recipe, which is my favorite biscuit recipe!
