10-12 potatoes 8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream 1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and peel potatoes. Mash. Add remaining ingredients. Place into 9 x 13 pan. Pour 1/2 c. melted butter over the top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
