2 lb. hash browns 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar
1 lb. diced ham 1 bunch green onions, chopped
12 eggs 1- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x13 pan. Spread hash browns in pan. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture. (This can be refrigerated at this point). Bake uncovered at 325º for 45-50 min, or until center appears set. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
