1 Can Evaporated Milk
6 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Corn Oil
1 Pkg. Yeast
1/2 Cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Add one can of evaptrated milk and one can of warm 120º water to a mixing bowl. Add honey and stir in yeast. Let bubble 10-15 minutes. Add flour, salt and oil. Mix in until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Add 2 Tsp. oil to coat mixing bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Kneed down and make into to dinner size rolls and place on oiled pan. Let rolls rize until doubled and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.

Makes a great dinner roll if whole wheat is desired reduce flour by 3 cups and add three cups whole wheat flour. This receipe also makes a great pizza dough. The secret to great bread is not to kneed it.
