2 c. sugar
2 T. light corn syrup
1 c. water
2-4 drops oil of cinnamon
few drops red food coloring
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water, corn syrup, and food coloring to very hard crack stage, 300º. Add oil of cinnamon, stir slightly to mix in cinnamon oil. Pour into well greased pan, cool. Cut or crack into pieces. Dust in powdered sugar.
