3 lbs. chicken wings or chicken tenders
1-2 eggs
flour
Sauce:
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Dip chicken in eggs and then flour. Heat 2 T. oil in fry pan. Brown chicken till crisp. Place chicken in shallow pan. Pour sauce over chicken, bake at 350 for 45 minutes

This recipie is from Bill's Grandma Thelma Ditton. My kids love it. It is great for large family dinners. The kids named it "That Chicken" because when they see or smell it cooking they say "Oh, we're having 'That chicken'!"
